This page explains what happens to your email when you join the list for the free 4-week plan. Short version: we use it to confirm your address and send you the plan when it is ready, nothing else, and you can leave in one click.

What we collect
Only the email address you type in the form. We also count page visits and sign-ups in totals per day (for example "40 visits from this video"). Those counts never include your email, your IP address or anything that identifies you.
Why, and on what basis
- To confirm your address.
- To send you the plan when it is ready, and emails about it.
We do this because you asked for it and gave your consent when you sent the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else handles it
Our email service, Kit, stores the list and sends the emails for us. Kit is based in the United States and works under a data processing agreement. This page is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies and uses no ad or tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
While you are subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link: one click and we stop writing to you. If you also want your address deleted, write to the contact email above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, and to limit or object to how we use it. Write to the contact email above. If you think we got something wrong, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
